Olivia Caruso leads growth and strategic initiatives at Mantis Space, bringing experience in proposal management, capture strategy, and contract management across the aerospace and defense sector.

Prior to joining Mantis Space, Caruso served as Bids & Proposals Manager at BlueHalo (an AeroVironment company), where she led complex proposal and contracting efforts supporting national security and advanced space technology programs. Earlier in her career, she was part of BAE Systems’ Contracts Leadership Development Program (CLDP), gaining experience in government contracting, negotiations, and program lifecycle management.
