Hugh Wyman Howard III brings 32 years of experience inside the US Navy, commanding Naval Special Warfare Command, Special Operations Command Central and Naval Special Warfare Development Group.

He previously directed operations at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, was the Director of Counterterrorism Policy in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and was Deputy Director for Global Operations in the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff.  Howard is also a Senior Advisor with McKinsey & Company across their global sustainability practice.
