Graham Gintz brings extensive experience across the technology, venture, and startup ecosystems. Prior to joining Mantis Space, he was the founding Associate Director of the HatchBridge Incubator, where he helped launch and support early-stage technology companies. He also worked as an Associate at Techstars, supporting one of the world’s leading global startup accelerator programs.

Earlier in his career, Gintz served as Head of Sales at MoQuality, a mobile quality assurance platform later acquired by Snap. He founded his first technology venture in the mid-2000s and successfully exited that materials technology company to Raytheon in 2008.

Gintz holds a master’s degree from Kennesaw State University and an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from Georgia Tech.
