What You'll Do
  • Assemble, inspect, and verify spacecraft power subsystem components
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for power subsystem issues during prototyping and manufacturing
  • Identify failure modes, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in power subsystem production workflows
  • Perform inspection, verification, and hands-on assembly of flight and development hardware
  • Contribute to power subsystem design refinement, production ramp-up, and mission-critical troubleshooting
  • Apply system-level understanding and spacecraft development or test experience to ensure reliable integration and mission readiness
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in the development, integration, testing, or production of complex power systems
  • Deep technical expertise in electrical engineering and power systems
  • System-level understanding of complex products across full architectures
  • Familiarity with integration, verification, configuration management, and production ramp-up in complex hardware environments
  • Strong experience implementing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) in high-reliability systems
  • Systems-oriented thinker who can identify interface risks, anticipate integration challenges, and connect design, production, and operations
  • Hands-on, proactive problem solver with strong root-cause analysis skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on reliability, repeatability, and scalability as production volumes grow
  • Proven experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
